Shipping and payment terms

At the moment, PayPal PLUS is only available for customers having their registered office in Germany. Nonetheless, international transactions work. Customers not in Germany can only choose between the payment methods PayPal and Credit card. 

What are the shipping costs?

Out shipping charges are based on location, item weight and quantity. Shipping cost will be displayed before payment process.

What is the policy and process for returns?

We have worked hard to select high quality products. If for any reason you find defects after purchase please report this to:

Our Partner and Aquila Shop agent MAD will help you immediately and if needed send you free return stickers for you to send the product back. Once the product has arrived in the warehouse and been check for defect you will receive a free new replacement item or completely be reimbursed within 30 days after purchase.
